- Competitive salary - Benefits for employees - Wellbeing Days

Cons

- Lots of changes in FSC management (4 managers in 5 month) - No Source-to-Pay expertise by FSC management - No competitive functional/technical capabilities in terms of Source-to-Pay - Bad performance (deals) by FSC in D/A/CH region - Lots of „politics“ behind the scene. Sneaky colleagues.

Exciting vision, great work culture and smart people. Very exciting.

I have joint as a part of an acquisition and I enjoyed working within our former small company. So I look back with some grief, but every ending bears a new beginning.
