Pros

Servicenow employees are nice, talented, motivated and dedicated to achieve their goals. Fast pace environment, growing company, nice people, good compensation package, stocks

Cons

Demanding environment, not the best place to have a work/ family life balance (above all if you have kids) as you need to be flexible. Working weekends is considered as normal. The job is the priority, the rest is secondary. In term of culture, the Company is performance driven, only results matter. The company has a model hire and fire, so basically they take what they need from you and then move on and…You too.

Pros

The company is expanding and seems to be doing well in the market. The perks at the HQ in Santa Clara are pretty good - stocked fridge, in-house cafeteria (not free, but affordable), company-hosted activities, new buildings, etc.

Cons

This is not exactly a con, but make sure you really understand what their products are before you decide to work for them (enterprise ITSM, ITOM, etc). They also have their own platform, so if you are in a technical role, whatever skills you gain will most likely be on that platform.

The technology and leadership commitment to developing the sales talent is without peer. There is an incredible drive toward excellence to get to the next level while also embracing the idea of "one team, one mission."

Cons

The pace and demand for excellence is not for the faint of heart. As the CEO states, "Trees don't grow to the heavens," but ServiceNow is on a growth path to exceed levels of greatness in the marketplace.
