Great product, spectacular growth, good share price, and a real dynamic atmosphere within the organisation itself

Not enough management supervision/input. Not enough feedback on performance, commissions can be a littl unclear at times

Pros

Good compensation and stock options. very good co-workers. Onsite fitness room and cafe.

Cons

The management is too bad and push engineer too much. There is no very good space to grow up. The technologies used are just limited to company platform when you work in application development. There is no way to improve or learn technologies.
