Pros

Compensation is good. Support Culture is good. Benefits (health, snacks, etc.) are good. Product is amazing. New office space is great. Employees are friendly and engage socially often. Career opportunities are starting to open up here in Sydney.

Cons

Fast growth means a lot of growing pains. The pace is not for some people.

Limited Technology stacks. Not Everyone fit in every team. Good if Platform Team Frequent Late Night Calls.
