Pros

Fast growing company. Solutions and a platform that customers really like and advocate. Compensation is on par with the industry. There is some opportunity for career growth since ServiceNow is growing rapidly.

Cons

The culture and employee performance policy dictate that employees are measured by managerial opinion and to a lesser degree by fellow employee opinion. There aren't clear objectives set to gauge performance which leaves employees exposed. Managers can terminate employees at any point without warning. This drives fear, double standards, the high amounts of politics, and constant employee churn. ServiceNow is also a very fast paced environment with constant change. Work-life balance is generally not good.

Pros

Great product, great people to work with. Really innovative customers. Great compensationI. I love my job! This is the right place and right time. People really go out of their way to help on another and customers out.

Cons

ServiceNow is not for everyone. You really need to bring your A game and a can do attitude. If you are looking to coast and work 10 am to 4 pm, go someplace else.

Pros

Great people even though most interaction is remote, culture and loyalty are strong. Type A players, the fixers and go-getters are the type that thrive within the organization. Onboarding process is amazing. Well organized, convenient, impressive onboarding sessions, cool welcome packet to make you feel like an immediate part of the team - you feel proud to work here!

Cons

"Who you know" is what may make/break your transfer/promotion chances. A lot of choices seem to be made based on who has worked with whom in the past. No 401k match which is disappointing. No set PTO which means some take advantage and some are lucky to get a 3 day weekend.
