      Bad product management . Difficult to move across the BUs. Will be stuck with a BU. Lots of irrationality in hiring product managers.

      Pros

      - Good work culture and casual work environment. - Unlimited Vacation days off. - Company is doing very well. ServiceNow platform is a powerful platform and you develop a good skill set of how you can use the platform to make things better.

      Cons

      - Getting a promotion is a big struggle. It seems a big deal for someone getting a promotion even if a person has worked and done pretty well for that team. - It may not be easy to work for some of the teams and may take some time to adapt to the team work environment. - Make sure people should know about the team and work they do if planning to interview for the particular team. Work widely varies from team to team. - People may start with a good compensation but years pass by and you may feel underpaid and undervalued.

      Pros

      I loved my time at ServiceNow until the end, no I am not a disgruntled ex-employee, I speak highly of the tech and the majority of the people there..... I like the fact the company has an open strategy and great leaders messaging it..... but....

      Cons

      being dictated to by the US when they clearly don't understand the vast differences across EMEA. Focussing on quantity, rather than quality and they take feedback as a negative behaviour.
