      Good pay and great benefits through Dell

      Cons

      Appears to be a sinking ship. Wave after wave of layoffs, changing company structure to incentivize sellers to leave with no clear path forward for success.

      Needed to increase value of former MSS platform and intro XDR . Good for some but not what all legacy MSS clients want

      Dropped many legacy offerings that built the co. Great to advance but left many behind that did not share the vision.

      Pros

      Coworkers and your direct managers are good and will help you learn and succeed. Benefits are outstanding (3 weeks vacation plus 2 weeks paid time off days on day 1).

      Cons

      The executives in the C-Suite are accessible but there is the typical disconnect you find in corporate America between the execs and the people who actually do the work. New processes and procedures will trickle down from the top that always seem to make your work more difficult unnecessarily. This is a good job but it's sort of a dead end. There isn't much of a career path.
