      Pros

      There are some smart people here, but overall it is a stagnant company. Their technology is outdated, their leadership is non-existent, and middle managers are all looking around, waiting for someone in the basement to come up with the new product that will make them relevant again. Unfortunately, everyone in the basement is browsing reddit and collecting easy paychecks.

      Cons

      No one has a clue how to gauge performance, so showing your worth is a game of politics more than actually doing a good job.
