My middle manager was completely absent and untrustworthy Talked a good game in person, but completely and unfairly blamed others for issues that a manager is on the hook for. No clear career path

Pros

The people are incredible - in their cybersecurity expertise, ability to problem solve, commitment to protect clients, and willingness to help each other. Genuine intent and effort to "do the right thing."

Cons

Some clumsy systems that can slow down progress - but these are known issues and working to overcome. (Just go faster.)
