Pros

Fast growing environment, flexible work-style (depending on your role), competitive salaries, clear strategy, best-in-breed technologies and solutions makes it an exciting place to work and to advocate for. For people who work on the tech side, training and other resources are provided to help you grow your skills.

Cons

The office is a bit far from downtown Tokyo

Pros

You will work with some really sharp security folks. You can learn a ton here.

Cons

Secureworks still has a "Our poop doesnt stink" mentality and is trying to pull itself out of its 18 year old ego. What was cutting edge back then isnt so much now- iSensors (IDS/IPS) and its CTA (SIEM). Its benefits are through Dell but the PTO is some weird startup mentality of not tracking it. I *think* we get what Dell employees get but not 100% sure. And employee that are NOT operational are suppose to find a "backup" for anytime taken off including the xmas/holiday "shutdown" week.

Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your thoughts with us. I am sorry to hear that your experience as a team member at Secureworks has been less than positive. We take a lot of pride in our company culture and in creating an environment that is enjoyable and rewarding for all of our team members. To answer one of your questions above, we do follow Dell's policies for benefits, including PTO. If you are open to it, I welcome further discussion regarding your feedback. You can reach me at feedback@secureworks.com. I look forward to the possibility of connecting with you further. Thank you, ~ Nic
