      Pros

      Amazing Culture Awesome People with very heterogenous backgrounds Highly trained and experienced Managers who provide a coaching that is more worth than any training. Been here for 6 months now and learned more than I could imagine - although I've been working with salesforce for quite a long time - but also other IT vendors.

      -Pay -Benefits -Great opportunity to capture market share thanks to product being #1 and therefore make great $ -Brand recognition -Constant learning (lot of focus on continued enablement)

      -Very very demanding job -Extreme stress -Huge quotas -Complicated and challenging internal environment
