The Culture in SLDC sounds amazing in theory. The pay is not bad Some of the most amazing colleagues I remember working with Offices centrally located

Cons

The real culture of a company, as opposed to flamboyant written statements and persistent brainwashing operations, can be judged by who stays and who leaves a company. Speedy unplanned growth will dilute any corporate culture, by the time you stop to assess the damage you realise all the good people left.

Used to be a great company! Bad leadership, Internal Chaos, No Career Opportunities

- Great products and good customers. - Talented people

Cons

-Internal Chaos: Had 6 Managers in 5 Years. Horrible! -Bad Leadership. Managers get promoted with zero leadership skills, and no training is given. There is a lot of backstabbing and horrible behaviour by managers, and they get away with it. -No career possibility unless one is based in Dublin or SF. -Promotions are handled badly. In no other company, I worked for, it was this bad.
