      Pros

      They take care about employees. Excellant work conditions and possibility of additional education. Giving good salary and good package ( accommodation, car, travel tickets, insurance....)

      Cons

      It's organized system, so once when you start to work you got your part of work and can't see full picture of Project. Those don't give opportunity in variety of expending knowledge.
