      You could potentially end up working on international projects

      Cons

      Horrible leadership that believes in taking inflated salaries but will not think twice before letting an employee go because they miscalculated their own recruitment requirements. There is A LOT of hierarchy involved and you need a million permissions before you can make a single change to improve the work flow.
