Fun work but challenges with payrises

Fun large infrastructure project that I enjoyed

Cons

Only do pay rises once a year in April. The year I left, many of my colleagues were promoted and they were getting a payrise but when April came around, hardly anyone got their promised payrises to accompany the promotions that they had been given. Management ignored the complaints from some individuals and only listened when we came together.
