Great company, made up of skilled engineers with years of experience managing client critical environments to a high professional standard ensuring continues delivery at a cost effective price.
Cons
The Business Development team occasionally try to match the client financial expectations which can erode the ability to perform to the standards delivered across the remainder of the portfolio and allow others to perceive that reduced performance is an acceptable practice.
