SPIE reviews about "training"

You are given very minimal training and development opportunities and the company do not care for you as an individual. This was shown when a senior engineer decided to be racist and humiliate another colleague and nothing was done on this matter due to the fact that the senior engineer was a valuable employee to them and that they relied on his skill set. It just goes to show you that this is a business and business comes first so If you are from an ethnic background I advise against joining this company because they will not support you if it came to racism.

Management leadership worst and no benefits

heavy processes that sometimes make SPIE inward looking and not really customer oriented; culture that makes the company slow to react and change. Cost cutting, not enough people to support. Training and development?

Lack of training, no growth or career expansion, management not fully supportive, low salary

Salary Could be Higher More Access to Training would be great

No loyalty towards employees but expect something for nothing from them.

None to talk of very one sided as turn over of staff shows

Lack of necessary training and poor career growth. Very low pay.

No training courses or overtime provided
