The building services operation has fallen to pieces. Good people have been leaving in droves because of a lack of support in delivering the work. A previously successful company that had made regular profits on big projects is now struggling because current regime thinks it can do everything on a shoestring. Operations team are now thrown to the wolves without sufficient resource. The order book is full of bad jobs with some of the worst main contractors out there. Projects are now being bought at poor prices which means that the previous quality that was always delivered is now less possible. The result is stress and burnout for good people that are run off their feet and now unable to do the great work they had always done up until recently. It’s a travesty but this company is now a revolving door for staff. It should be avoided unless you are absolutely desperate.

The salary wasn't fair as I was getting less than my colleague who has less experience and less qualification.
