Not getting paid is a big con. It's generally the reason why people go to work. i was informed via email that I wasn't getting paid, and would have to wait until the following month. They accepted it was a HR/Payroll error, but claimed there was nothing they could do about it. I wanted to resign but they asked me to give them a second chance. So they left me waiting 4 days, and then told me that I would not get paid until they had organised the equipment I needed to do the job. In my one week of training/shadowing another engineer I was asked to falsify reports so that Spie could bill their client for work that was not being carried out. I was not happy to do this as the work they were pretending to do was safety critical, and could lead to injury or loss of life. This company will soon join Carillion.

Unfair profit sharing and do not recognize employee contribution. Company also has no good strategy to survive during a bad situation.
