Flexible schedule, but raises are disappointing

Pros

The flexible work schedule is nice if your contract allows for it. You are able to work various hours as long as you are putting in your 80 hours over the two week period.

Cons

Raises here are terrible. The CEO and board are cleaning up while the employees are not receiving raises to match inflation.
