Business Outlook
Pros
SAIC is a big consulting organization that acts like a small organization. Its fairly easy to get through the beauracratic red tape to get things done. Our teams are very experienced with very few consultants with less than 5 years experience.
Cons
The organization is growing so quickly that the backoffice systems are behind and need revamping. Its a common problem that is being worked, but every time we turn around, there is an organizational change that limits the ability to roll anything new out to help fix the problems. Another downside of the organization is that revenue is king for promotions.
