      - Great passion for Engineering - Highly skilled workforce - Takes pride in the products developed

      Cons

      - Though has a presence all over the world, operates typically very Schwäbisch German mentality - English is supposed to be the official Business language, but people discourage using English in Germany - Cannot rise through the corporate ladder if you are not a German
