      Super nice HQ Technologically advanced project Easy to publish patents Professionally fit colleagues

      Not that great salary Too many inhouse libraries (making AI use redundant) Doesn't matter what you want on the project, what matters is what management wants you to do No project documentation Project technical depth, no way to fully grasp the project, since there is no documentation, as a dev you have no idea what the purpose of a component is, how it was thought. Only way to understand it, is debugging
