      Pros

      Good working environment. Since Bosch is already very big especially in Germany, the German culture of good "social security" has some influence to this company i.e., "job stability" is very strongly felt.

      Cons

      The pro point written above regarding the "job stability" seems one of the reasons why most employees, especially those who have been working so long in the company, tend to avoid new challenges and quick changes which are actually the key to a successful path in this era.
