      1. Work-Life Balance 2. Good projects with excellent technical content 3. Good career advancement opportunities 4. International project teams which provide global exposure 5. Tap into 125+ years of Bosch know-how to build/flourish in career

      Cons

      1. Hierarchial organisation 2. International project set-up brings its own challenges 3. Projects compete for Human Resources and Facilities which are often owned/allocated by line-management 4. Missing balanced/strong matrix organization. Line management career path is stronger than project management career path and technical career path.

      Broken Company - Products dont matter

      Pros

      Payment is very good if you work in germany, since they are attached to the tarif. If you work somewhere else you might just get fired.

      Cons

      There is no coherent behaviour and the product is not in the focus. Senior management doesen't know what they are talking about creating an akward decoupling from reality, which is especially noticed by new employees. If you want to create things this is the wrong place. If you enjoy meetings and throwing around buzzwords that you dont understand you will love it.

      Pros

      Opportunities to change your position, department or division. Most of the colleagues are great professionals. Focus on innovation and long-term mindset. Upper management with a clear view about the future and willing to make brave decisions. Salary higher than average in industry.

      Cons

      50% of middle management is really incompetent, don't live by the values and are there just for the money or the status. Sneaky people that have learn to survive. Politics and networking are way more important than performance or dedication. Extremely slow processes. Disproportional operative workload even in strategic positions.
