The only thing the like here is the work culture and canteen facilities. Its a company which will be suitable only for married professionals and for those who wanna settle in life quickly.
Cons
Beware!!!!! Robert Bosch is a service based company in the field of embedded systems having its base in Germany. It sounds great but work in India is not so good as i expected as a fresher. Knowledge in Automotive domain after gaining experience will also be very limited, specific to one component and may result in job dissatisfaction and degradation in career progress. Salary as a fresher is ok but hikes r too less even after experience. Its in noway comparable to modern IT packages. Employees neither gain good knowledge nor good salary. I strongly dont recommend this company for freshers. Trust me
