      Leading auto parts supplier, mature enterprise culture, knowledge share is on time, sorts of internal and external training course could be well received by emplyees to develop.

      Cons

      Complicated management and rules turns to sometimes low effencience, not easy to push optimized management process in existed environment. Bosch standard sometimes become a quillet to improve.
