Pros
Good working conditions, promoted team work, recognition given when due. Encouraged individual’s to development through training programs. They had a very high expectation of quality and meeting customer requirements.
Cons
Requirements and production schedules often changed in mid stream. Long term goals, may have been targeted, however they did not remain to be the main focus. It was very difficult to upgrade equipment when needed.
