      Great mix of people to motivate my day, low stress at work with good work life balance. There are many opportunities to explore our potential and improve learning experiences.

      Cons

      There are many layers of business processes that is deemed inefficient and unproductive in many instances. Not all processes are standardize with every other department because there is not much communication between them.
