      exploitation of student interns - low salary, increasing workload in case of cost-cutting, excessive responsibility compared to reward; poor behavior of many members of upper management towards both students and full-time employees, LOADS of nonsense bureaucracy for everyone just because "it was set so in Germany", neglect of employee feedback/suggestions
