      Pros

      Job is secure. Work/Life balance is good. Onsite opportunities (depends on some projects) Not much stress at work (again depends on the project). Good benefits - free canteen food, leaves etc Friendly Co-workers

      Cons

      Not a good company to start with as a fresher (If you are really looking for a challenge). Technologies are not up to date. Don't have any high expectation on salary package. No work from home facility (only for strong reasons). More preference to female candidates. Slow career growth.

      Good brand value- If you want to shift to other places it will act as a good launch pad On site opportunity- More or less everyone gets a chance to work abroad Seniors and Colleagues are friendly Very minimal corporate politics

      Cons

      Learning has to be based on self interest The salaries are on the down side In case you are planning to shift it is best to serve the entire notice period(3 months-which is very high)
