Pros
A good place for phd students, you were given enough freedom to conduct your research on the topic given, the staff are very nice and helpful. The team atmosphere is good. There is also Technic talks from time to time where you can know the interesting works other teams are working on.
Cons
The first complaint is that it has a lower wage comparing to major IT companies. And also far less benefits such as free food and snack (while not entirely bad as the drinks are free). Other than that there is nothing particularly bad about it.
