      Good pay and good benefits. Management generally seems to care. You find a lot of good people at this company.

      Cons

      The automotive industry is turbulent. Established companies are feeling pressure and Bosch is no exception. Additionally, years of cost cutting and off-shoring technical work has affected speed and quality.

      Not easy to work with the people working from last 20 years , they will not allow new person to speak. Highly conservative culture.
