Pros
Company is agile and dynamic. Ramboll is owned by its employees, so it makes the company less profit driven but yet efficient
Cons
Long working hours- unfortunately unpaid as senior expected. Ramboll bought over many smaller consulting companies in recent years, and are struggling to integrate these entities, resulting in many irritating process. Although Ramboll should be employee friendly, some smaller entities like mine still kept its harsh mercenary culture which drove many colleagues away.
