Work life balance, remote work, diverse projects (sediments, vapor, pfas, legacy and short term projects) and chill coworkers. I've worked at three consulting firms and Ramboll is by far the best. They care about your career growth and I know some people think the performance goals can be a pain but it really does matter for monetary growth.

Cons

Need more subject matter experts on PFAS.
