      Pros

      Ramboll Group in Copenhagen is a very impressive outfit. The UK subsidiary has some way to go to emulate Group's very positive, respectful and professional culture.

      Cons

      The UK construction sector puts immense internal pressure on employees' ability to generate the right profit multiplier. Far too many change initiatives at one time- massive change fatigue.

      Very helping and calm environment..(. for Software Engineers only..).. almost everyone in the team went to every corner of Europe including me.. awesome benefits.

      Its all civil engineering company and for Software engineers are like aliens.. if u are looking for technical growth (Software Engineer)... then u will be be very happy...
