      Pros

      Ramboll is an excellent place to work with and I'm confident that it will provide lot of opportunities for professional growth considering the pace at which we are growing. It gives a good work-life balance and everyone is very approachable. They are focusing a lot on training which will develop our skills and help us to work efficiently. There are also opportunities to get international exposure too in the global engineering center. It has been close to a year that I'm working here and very happy.

      Cons

      We have a flat structure however, there is still some hierarchy that exists and should be looked at.
