Good multidisciplinary approach. Good salary sacrifice scheme. Danish HQ is inspiring and Rambøll DK solves most of the problems that Rambøll UK has.

Cons

Not good career progression / learning. Not very innovative or forward-thinking, quite often a response of "that's not how we do things".

Great office environment, opportunities for overtime. Everyone was really friendly, and you can't beat the downtown Chicago location.

Cons

Often found myself with nothing to do, or just doing data entry/fact checking work.

good projects so far, and you will be able to lots of different software. frequent visit to denmark and middle-east countries.

Cons

higher management is not very good and helpful, though some of the employees are excellent. HR not very helpul.
