Pros

None. Don't get carried away by the brand name. It's a badly managed child of a global company.

Cons

1. The entire operation is run by the boss' nepotism. Any employees who end up getting hired otherwise, and who don't have a "Yes, Boss" attitude are treated so bad that they end up leaving in a matter of months. The HR has no say in this whatsoever. 2. Increments are totally biased. Boss' favorites get the lion's share, while others end up getting lowest single digits. Employee's merit is not at all considered. 3. Employee's skill, talent or seniority have no imimportance, because if there are layoffs, the favorites survive, and the others, no matter how important their role is, are first to get fired. 4. Bad work environment. Most of the HR policies are openly violated. Employers have no respect for the employees, including seniors and women.

Pros

Flexible hour in my department. Senior management was very supportive.

Cons

95% billable time is required for an Associate level, that's mean they are only allowed for less than 30mins a day to do management stuff, trainings, tea break, stretch your legs...

Pros

In the States, ramboll has no power. It is Environ Holdings. Flexible working environment, good payment. well-respected firm.

Cons

the system eliminates the good employees. only the grumpy unhappy due diligence senior associates become manager then make life miserable for associates. Transfer is impossible. Same type of work again and again. If you want to improve your skill set, you have to beg managers to give you different scope of work. Billability oriented. no investment on employees. Emeryville Due Diligence managers are very unhappy and make their staff same way. Hard to find mentors.
