      Pros

      Less politics and less drama here compared to other companies. Great benefits (although medical coverage has diminished somewhat over the years, but still better than many other industries). Excellent retirement plans (401k AND pension plan, which is rare and only 5% of companies in the U.S. will provide). Lots of free lunches, happy hour monthly. Good management. Competitive pay.

      Lack of career opportunities and employee recognition, particularly support staff.
