      Friendly and helpful coworkers. Learning atmosphere. Nice facilities. Variety of work.

      Cons

      You're responsible for filling your own hours and get dinged if there is no work you can do but there isn't much you can do about it. Raises are minimal. Managers are stressed and busy and not incentivized to help you grow in your position. Raises are minimal unless you threaten to leave .
