Great work environment. Not necessarily making you work 80 hours per week, if thats not your thing. However, if you do have those ambitions there is room for it.

Cons

Salary is not as good as many similar consultancies. this comes with the less competitive environment, so it's not necessarily just a bad thing.

Higher managers are rubbish to many people in hierarchy - end up with 6 'managers' before you get anywhere REDICULOUS high staff turn over- I saw at least 20 people come and go within 3 years sinking ship quick to boot out and demoralise potential in younger staff Pay is outrageously low always expected to do overtime for nothing
