      Pros

      It had the benefits of a large company, with the feel of a small company. Each office was small enough that you knew everyone with a sense of affability. The company did a very good job of hiring people with specific knowledge bases. This is important because if you ever needed help with a project or expertise on a topic, there was a network of people within the company willing to take the time and help solve problems.

      Great place to learn, good variety of projects, flexible working, nice working environment

      Slow career progression, salaries below market average, difficult to get management experience until you become senior engineer level, training programmes need improving
