      1. Flexible Shifts 2. Work from home in some departments 3. No work pressure as such 4. Opportunity to get time to learn something new 5. Some ppl may get an opportunity to visit onsite 6. Yearly off-site visit/parties

      1. Lacks criticality in some departments 2. Salary disparity in same bands/level very high 3. No bonuses for top performers for motivation 4. Salaries not given as per skills/knowledge but completely on last company's payroll
