Good Work life Balance but Job is not Secured in IT

Good Work life balance with fix Office Hours , No work pressure and less learnings

Cons

Company is good in their core business but jobs in IT are not secure , Every 6 months some one asked to leave the company and recently they fired around 20-30 Staff Members in IT so will not recommend any one to join in IT
