      1) Good work-life balance 2) Flexible working hours 3) Decent hikes

      Cons

      1) Unclear vision of IT Leadership 2) Frequent strategy changes leading to unstable environment for work. 3) Hire and fire company 4) Frequent organisational changes. 5) You can be asked to relocate to farthest corner of the country without giving you much time to make sound decision. 6)You have be your manager's favorite to succeed. 7) Standard practices are not appreciated here, lot of hitbacks from business if you try to suggest standard practices here. 8) HR here don't talk to the employees. They have created a communication barrier in the name of your line manager.

      If you’re experienced you’ll get what you ask for. The welcome Kit you’ll get is just awesome! Since IT Team is being introduced recently, there’s a lot of room for new opportunities. Here, they value their employee opinions and give respect for people’s thoughts. Even, if you do something innovative, may be a small thing, they’ll find and encourage you. Good perks and Benefits. You get different types of snacks at your desk from Monday to Friday. Respect and Trust is a key to win over people here. If you’re in a right domain you can get on-site offers at once. 8.5 Hours clocking Mandatory as of now. Excellent pickup & drop facilities. People are so responsive here, including the HR team. If you’re facing issues with the management level people, you can report anonymously. They believe in their employees, take an action for honest requests. Only thing is YOU have to Speak Up!

      So far haven’t found anything such expect some micromanaging Leads.

      Worst Project Managers, Pathetic work life balance, No transparency

      HR policies are employee friendly

      Cons

      1)Even after project is assigned, you will not get work, no clarity about project/tasks, no utilization of resources. But once deadline approaches near you will have to work day & night 15-18 hours a day continuously for months with no leaves. These people are pathetic in planning the project smoothly. 2) all the information gets restricted to head quarters, Indian employees are just puppets.
