Great company for those entering consulting. Lots of variety of projects, nice colleagues, and great flexibility for work-life balance.

Cons

Slow growth up to a manager level, then stagnant growth, especially for experience hires. Some old school managers don’t follow corporate culture and values and there is no consequence to them.
