Good overall company culture but due to acquisitions and personal egos the cultures in teams is highly variable.

Cons

Some teams have a toxic culture of endemic unpaid overtime and under on billing projects which results in high staff turnover High focus on billing ratio can create a culture of working longer if admin work is required
