Pros

good kitchen and food, but you would not have time to eat Good building as head office in copenhagen but remains empty as frustrated employees are not interested in coming to office.

Cons

There is lot of firing and cost cuttings in this whole year. They hire people and then fire employee saying performance issue. They do not have courage to say truth about their budget issues. Manager(who calls himself as leader) will give you different task each day from looking into how many headsets/mouse/keyboards each employee has, to looking into timesheets of each employee. Senior management keeps tracking timesheets and costs of team. There is no work life balance- you are expected to work full day night. There is hire freeze, travel ban(but big managers keep travelling just for visit or fun in india), employees firing currently. Employees who are at work before their manager comes and leaves after their manager are safe in employee firing process. There is no projects in pipeline.

They fire people a lot during probation - so think before joining. Chaotic leadership - especially in denmark They take people with no clear responsibilities. They expect you to work 24 hours . You will keep recieving task mails even at 3am. In technology, you will be expected to generate revenue instead of working on technology. You are expected to fill exact timesheets - even put 10-15minutes of meeting in timesheet. - they do indirect micromanagement this way. Company does not have any project in pipeline, so you maybe working on redudant project Every year ramboll do cost cuttings from august - march - they freeze hiring, terminate people on probation They implement travel freeze, however people on L9 onwards keep travelling - there is no ban, cost cuttings for irresponsible leaders. There is lot of discrimination for indian employees.
