      Pros

      Low pay, lack of communication, organizational structure is a mess, no decisions or actions are made quickly, lots of red tape

      Cons

      You are just a number at Ramboll and they don't abide by their own internal policies or employment laws but protect each other without investigation. I’ve never worked for such a disgraceful employer in my life and I’m speaking from decades of working in HR for respectable and reputable companies.

      Great Benefits. Flexible Work Schedule.

      Cons

      Severe lack of appreciation for employees. Employees get promoted based on favoritism and behavior, instead of ability to do their job and experience. Jobs constantly offshored, while management spits lies to employees. No real path for growth. Pay is only good if you're a new hire, or a favorite, otherwise the pay gaps between those doing the same job are extremely large.
